Getting started. What you need to know.
You can subscribe to any product and service offering in our portfolio any time via our online portal by logging into the "My Subscription" (existing clients) or
www.catalyzmo.co.za web page for new or future prospective clients.
How do I renew my subscription?
You may renew (or extend) your subscription at any time by logging into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and simply selecting the magazine you would like to renew the subscription.
Alternatively, you can call us on 021 045 1444 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For ease of reference, please have your subscriber number handy.
How do I change my contact details?
Simply log into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and select the "Update Details" option.

along with the date of your detail change. If you are using the alternative methods, for ease of reference, please have your subscriber number handy - it's a great help.
Are there any other costs involved in subscribing?
No, all prices quoted are the prices to be paid and are inclusive of VAT and postage. Foreign subscription rates include postage but not VAT.
How do I pay?
CATALYZMO accepts Credit Card payment methods online or EFT payments. If paying via EFT, please use your name and subscriber number as reference and e-mail us your proof of payment.
How do I give a gift subscription?
Magazine subscriptions make a thoughtful and simple gift that you'll be remembered by each month. You can choose to send 6-month, 12-month (or longer in multiples of 12-months) subscriptions.
On our CATALYZMO site, select the subscription then progress to the check out where you will fill in YOUR details (we need this for payment and future communications).
A confirmation screen of your details will pop up with a button to prompt you to "Change Recipient Details". Click this if you are sending a gift and enter the delivery details of the gift recipient.
Alternatively, you can phone us on 021 045 1444 e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the gift recipient's details, together with your details and your preferred payment method.
How long will it take for me to receive my first issue?
Our magazine subscriptions work in cycles so it will depend on what time of the month your payment is received for your subscription.
Generally, for a monthly print magazine it can take between 2 and 6 weeks for your first issue to reach you.
Please allow for up to 8 weeks for delivery for subscriptions out of SA - you should receive your copy during the third week of the month.
What happens to my copies if I'm away from my normal address?
If you're going to be away for two months or more we can suspend delivery.
If you are residing at an alternative address for 3 months or more, give us a month's notice and we'll transfer delivery of your magazine to your temporary address (applicable to SA delivery addresses only).

Do you give bulk discounts?
Subscriptions are a great way to reward your clients or event guests.
We can tailor-make an offer for you and process a bulk subscription offering a bulk subscription discount.

How are the foreign or overseas discounts calculated?
A discount is given on the Nett cover price of the magazine and then delivery costs are added.
DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION QUERIES
How do I change the email address for my digital subscriptions?
Simply log into the "My Subscription" tab on the CATALZYMO home page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and select "Edit my details" button and update your email address.
If a password is associated with your previous email address it will now be associated with your new email address.
Alternatively you can call us on 021 045 1444 or contact us via email@example.com, Please have your subscriber number handy.
How do I reset my password for my digital subscription access?
Log on onto www.catalyzmo.co.za select log in, click on the "forgot your password" link and enter the email address associated with your account and hit "Send".
An email will be sent to you which will include a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive the reset password email, please check your junk mail folder
Can I login to access my digital subscription from different locations?
Yes, CATALYZMO Digital is a website that can be accessed from anywhere using an internet connection.
Can I view my digital subscriptions on an iPad, Android or Kindle device?
Yes, our digital versions are iPad compatible and will work on other devices that support internet browsing. However, please note that viewing digizines on a cellphone is not recommended.
Can I download a digital issue for offline viewing?
Yes, a PDF version is available to download with every issue.
Please note that when your digital subscription expires for a publication, you will no longer have access to your digital library to view any digital issues of that publication.
Why can't I access my digital copies or pdf's in my digital library or online?
CATALYZMO provides full access to all issues loaded in the past for the specific title for which you have subscribed.
This is an added benefit to subscribers with an active status.
Please take into account that the benefit ceases when your subscription expires and you will no longer have access to your digital library until such time that you renew your subscription.
We therefore encourage subscribers to download issue pdfs for future viewing to their desktop or device when subscribing to any digital edition to avoid further disappointment.
